I did my Certificate 3 in Individual Support from IHNA and I had a very wonderful experience. All the support staff and faculty members were extremely friendly and approachable. The course was an effective blend of theory and practical which was very helpful. The lectures and resources were informative and the sessions were very interactive. Overall, the experience was great and I had a wonderful time learning.
I’m currently enrolled for certificate III in Individual support (ageing and disability). Really great opportunity to be part of this course, more informative. Even for SBA on campus it is soo friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities at the Kochi Campus were well-equipped, creating an optimal setting for hands-on training and simulations. The staff’s commitment to student success was evident through personalized guidance.

I’m enrolled in a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability), and it’s been an amazing opportunity. The course is very informative, and the campus environment, especially for SBA(kochi), is friendly and full of valuable knowledge.
Practical lessons are provided during the online classes, instructors have decades of experience behind them. They convey their real life experiences along with each slide of presentation. All legal aspects and modules were covered excellently in certificate 3 in individual support.
I have done my certificate III in individual support from IHNA. The teaching quality was impressive, providing a solid learning experience. Tutors were well experienced. My experience was positive overall.
A great place to grow yourself into a career that would let you feel the human being inside you. I did a certificate III in individual support for ageing and disability from IHNA Kochi and I really appreciate the learning environment the institute has provided me. I must mention the educators here. There are several teachers from different countries that teach us the online modules and since we have to work in a community that will be diverse , this learning atmosphere will help us a lot with understanding different people from different backgrounds. It helps us get familiarised with different accents and way of speaking in English language itself. During skill based online assessments the trainers made us all speak and mingle and understand our future work environments very clearly. I was on the kochi campus for skill based assessments and I would say at a limited space they have created extraordinary facilities to give us proper and updated practice so that we would do good when we move abroad. During the course we had to do pep and the team really assisted us finding the right place for it. They spend hours talking to each and every one of us and helped us finding the right place for us. They even made sure that we have means to get proper food and accomodation at the places we go for pep. I did the course for part time assistance in Australia as I am planning to do my Master’s there. I hope this course will help me to achieve the same.
