After operating an Australia Registered Training Organisation (RTO) for 5 years, we identified a challenge. The existing Student Management Systems (SMS) on the market, were unable to efficiently and affordably provide us the data we required in order to meet the compliance requirements of auditing body. As a result we found ourselves surrounded by piles of documentation, spending hours manually sifting through each one to find the required data. We knew then we were not alone! From this discovery EduSystems was born in 2012, and by ‘year’ we had developed from scratch our own fully customised SMS Platform- Knowledge Hub.
Since then Knowledge Hub has successfully helped IHNA and IHM to pass all compliance needs of regulatory bodies such as ASQA, TEQSA, ANMAC, CRICOS, ESOS and many more… Many iterations later Knowledge Hub has now evolved to two many products KHLite and KH Enterprise, and is now serving many education institutes throughout South East Asia, the same way it first helped HCI Australia companies. EduSystems now has now grown to a team of more than 60 professionals offering bespoke software development, technological solutions consulting and multimedia content development to educational institutes globally.
Institute of Health & Management (IHM)

The Institute of Health & Management (IHM) was founded in 2015, and specialises in the development and provision of higher education courses specialising in health care. These postgraduate courses draw on the expertise of experienced nurses, academics, and clinicians. In 2021 IHM has officially become Australia’s first private higher education institute offering the Master of Nursing program!
IHM’s mission is to become an Australian University College by 2030, to do so we are constantly striving to integrate the best technology based resources into our curriculum to deliver an unbeatable training experience for our students.
Healthovation

Over the past decade as we sent graduates into the workforce, we saw that rapid technological advancements that were taking place within HealthTech and MedTech everyday. This made us dream about all the ways that we envision that technology could revolutionise healthcare. After sometime we thought to ourselves, why limit these to just dreams? and so Healthovation came to life.
Healthovation has been solely focused on research, development as well as the commercialisation of innovative technology that is designed to enhance the lives of students, professionals and clients in the health care sector. Some of our current projects include the use of robotic technology for in-home care, and the development of a nursing simulation eco-system. In a way, we can rightly cherish Healthovation as the love child of, HCI, whose vast experience, industry know-how and best practices in the health care education sector has helped nurture Healthovation into an epitome of innovation in the true sense of the word.

HCI Education Hubs

HCI Education Hubs Pty Ltd is a division of Melbourne based healthcare education provider HCI Australia. Education Hubs assist students and employers to open the doors to a new world of exciting new courses and employment opportunities all delivered at times that suit the student – their work and other commitments.
We believe that Learning, Work and Life should co-exist. We also realise that a majority of students both work and study, so tutorials for students in the middle of a shift or in the middle of the night are of little value.
A central function of an Education Hub within this project is matching labour market supply with demand for skilled workers through measuring and analysing labour market opportunities in partner and potential host countries.

The Institute of Health and Nursing Australia (INHA) is an Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that is dedicated to giving the best learning experience for a successful and satisfying career in nursing, health, and community services. IHNA was founded in 2007 and has since maintained deep and relevant expertise of the healthcare industry.
We’re proud to have welcomed over 17,500 students from across 50 countries through our campus doors throughout Melbourne, Sydney, and Perth. Our team has also grown to over 150 professionals with a broad range of industry experience. We believe what differentiates IHNA from other healthcare education providers is our passion for technology enhanced learning. We invest in state of the art simulation facilities and laboratories, so that our students will gain exposure to latest and best practical training experiences.
